Vox VX I

The compact Vox VX I combo guitar amp may not be big, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in tone. The VX I is powered by Vox's VET (Virtual Element Technology) and gives you models of 11 amps and eight effects - plenty of choices for jamming around the house or at small gigs. On top of the stable of modeled sounds, you can store your 22 favorite tonal combinations in user presets, putting your most used sounds right at your fingertips. You get great sound that's easy to take on the go with the Vox VX I combo guitar amp.

Vox is a major player in the world of modeled sounds, and the VX I is loaded with their VET modeling technology. The VX I uses VET technology to model guitar amplifiers and effects down to a component level, giving you a playing experience like that playing through a great tube amp. Now you'll feel the tube sag, high-powered punch, chime, and grind of your favorite American and British amplifier designs, all through a compact practice amp

The VET technology is applied to the VX I's 11 amp models, including Vox's own AC30TB, a Brit 800 tone, Deluxe CL, and more. But the tone journey doesn't stop there. Along with the amp models, you get to fine tune your tone with eight effects models. You'll have full access to chorus, a flanger, phaser, tremolo, tape-style delay, analog-style delay, and two types of reverb, all there to inspire and fuel your creativity. And you'll save your favorite sounds in the 22 user presets. If there's a sound in your head, there's a good chance you'll find it in the Vox VX I.

The innovation doesn't end with the VX I's VET modeling, as the amp's robust enclosure is engineered to reproduce the nuances of your playing and tone. The VX I's uniquely designed bass reflex structure and sealed 1-piece speaker enclosure stops sound from escaping out the back of the amp, keeping a low end in tact that you'll have a hard time believing is coming out of such a small amp.
